She lead her family

She's Our Guardian Angel now! And if I know Mom she's already preparing our next Reunion.

Love doesn't end with dying Or leave with the last breath. For someone you've loved deeply, Love doesn't end with death.

Her daughter Toni

Mom's oldest daughter, and her caregiver for the past few years. It was hard watching mom die slowly over the years. But I don't regret a day, and thank God I was with her.

I didn't get a chance to say goodbye To you, to tell you that I loved you. To say what now must be one long, unbroken cry Of pain, now that at last you've gone away. I cannot tell you what a joy it was To be the one to tend you in your need. The burden was a gift, for giving does Not burden one who loves, though loving bleed. I wish I could have been with you when you, Perhaps aware, perhaps not, turned towards death Alone, with no one there to wonder to, To share your fear, your hand, your one last breath. I wish, I wish, I wish . . . but it is done, And now I must surrender what is gone.

Her daughter Terrie

Second born, but to mom each first in her heart.

I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and days before that too. I think of you in silence I often speak your name All I have are memories and your picture in a frame. Your memory is my keepsake with which I'll never part God has you in His keeping I have you in my heart.

Son Robert (Bobby)

Her Oldest Son, the prankster of the family. He loved teasing mom. She'd get so mad at him! She always worried about this one, who for years she wouldn't hear from him and one day he would call. or pop in.

A light from our family is gone A voice we loved is stilled A place is vacant in the home Which never can be filled We have to mourn the loss of one We would've loved to keep But God who surely loved her best Has finally made her sleep After a lifetime of her love and joy And music to fill our ears God leaves these wondrous memories To help us through our tears

Her twins, they were born in Hawaii, what one couldn't think of the other could. Believe you me, they have remained that way today.

In Gods care you rest above, In our hearts you rest with love, Memories of you are ours to keep, Our words are few but our love is deep.

Her youngest Son Richard (Rick)

Her youngest son, after he moved his family to Winslow, AZ. Mom was never the same, she knew they had to go, but the distance made it hard to see each other. But he kept contact and was here when she was dying. Mom knew he loved her!

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around you and whispered, Come to Me. With tearful eyes we watch you and saw you pass away and although we loved you dearly we could not make you stay. A Golden heart stopped beating hard working hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove us he only takes the best

This is who we call Dad

Here's Dad, her husband and also caregiver, He was devoted to "Momma", as he lovingly called her. Mom and Dad were married 33 years, he was our father who loved and made our mother happy.

We've shared our lives these many years. You've held my hand; you've held my heart. So many blessings, so few tears - Yet for a moment, we must part. The memories you've given me are times I've shared with my best friend. I'll hold them, Love. Right here they'll be until we share our lives again.

Family and Friends Reunion

Mom loved the Family and Friends Reunion's. This picture is with her brother's and sister. Uncle Don passed away that year from pancreal cancer (the only one without a purple T-shirt. After Mom passed away in April, her brother John (Johnny in the red hat)died of a massive heart Attack a month later. Her brother Dean and sister Sharon survive them.

This was taken a few months before grandma passed away. She was living with me at the time. Mom passed away 17 years later on the anniversary of grandma's death, in the same hospital, and as they died it was raining! I think we know who must have been our Mother's guardian Angel?

Another family member of course was her little dog Jimi. They had a great relationship, and Jimi gave her alot of company. Jimi still grieves and looks for her to come home!

What a Family

This was taken in 1993, This is Mom and her clan (minus a few) and her brother John and his, if everyone had been there we might not have been able to take the picture, lol. So you can imagine what our reunions were like!
